If you want to launch your electrically powered vehicle on the market, it is usually necessary to carry out a number of tests on the entire vehicle. The procedures for determining the electric range and measuring energy consumption differ around the world and therefore have a wide range of requirements. As a rule, the tests are based on those for vehicles with conventional petrol or diesel drives. Nevertheless, there are some subtleties that need to be taken into account.
We are happy to support you and offer our services in the laboratory on the roller test bench to develop your product through to series production.
On request, we can test your vehicle not only under the legally defined conditions, but also under low temperature conditions. This is where the differences in the technical designs become apparent when comparing different electrical concepts and suppliers. An analysis of the energy flows provides additional information on the optimization potential of the system. The TUZ is happy to offer these services in consultation with the client.
